AJ Hayton Welding and Fabrication Ltd is a family owned business,
ideally located in rural Arkholme, Carnforth Lancashire just a few short miles from junction 35 of the M6 motorway.
Our Customer base extends as far south as Cornwall and as far north as Glasgow.
We specialise in the manufacture of aluminium tipper bodies and agricultural steel buildings.

We are a long established business which has grown steadily over the last 25 years.
The Hayton family are originally from a farming background
but with the ever increasing difficulties in farming in the late 80’s and early 90’s
we decided to take a different approach.
We started repairing machinery, plant and animal trailers for neighbouring farmers and word spread.
It soon became evident that there was a high demand for welding and repairs and so the business evolved.
It wasn’t too long before we had built our first tipper body.

We are still based on the family farm in a purpose built unit, with the same family values.
We take great pride in providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Agricultural Steel Buildings

From cattle sheds to RSJ, galvanised or shot blasted and painted, our experienced team can do the job. All our Steel frameworks meet British Standard EN1090 and come with a certificate of conformity. To discuss you requirements please get in touch.

General Repairs

Wear and tear is inevitable, we carry out welding repairs and fit new components on wagons, trucks, trailers, tractors and where possible smaller items too. Just get in touch and we will can talk it over with you.
